Lean Leadership Workshop
March 8-9, 2012, Stockholm
Does your business view Lean as a range of tools and techniques? These are important, as they provide immediate, tangible benefits—but how do you ensure that these results are built upon and sustained, and that the workforce remains engaged? Poor leadership is often the reason for the poor sustainability of Lean change. Which skills that distinguish a leader from a manager could be key to the success of your Lean journey. Welcome to a workshop where you will:
• Understand how Lean Thinking provides the basis for a profitable, growing and customer-focused business.
• Identify where your organization is on its Lean journey.
• Create a 3-year vision for your business from a Lean perspective.
• Identify the priority actions to achieve this vision and start developing a roadmap to get you there.
• Understand the role of the senior team in creating a Lean enterprise.
Your host is the world famous lean expert, Professor Peter Hines. Hines is chairman of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre and S A Partners. His work on extending the boundaries of Lean Thinking has received widespread international attention.
Each participant receives their own copy of Shingo Prize-winning book Staying Lean: Thriving not just Surviving.
